The Narrative
This project began with a simple but deeply personal desire shared by the homeowners—to finally have a place they could truly call home. Currently living in a small condo in Manila, their home in Grand Europa was meant to be their refuge.
However, instead of finding comfort, they were repeatedly met with unresolved water leaks and moisture issues. JMG Design & Build proposes a definitive solution to transform this house back into the peaceful sanctuary it was meant to be. We will address the root causes, ensuring that every time you return from the city, you are greeted by peace, not problems.
Scope of Works
PHASE 1: Water Issue Resolution
- File/Build own CHB firewall at extended wall
- Correct kitchen floor water seepage (waterproofing)
- Repair CR ceiling leakage & plumbing
- Install floor drain/downspout at 2nd floor terrace
PHASE 2: Renovation Works
- Ground floor retiling (60×60)
- Staircase renovation (widening)
- Kitchen renovation & cabinets
- Exterior ceiling (Spandrel/PVC)
