The project involves the replacement of the pantry located at the office of the Vice Mayor, situated at 89 Hayes St, Cagayan de Oro, 9000 Misamis Oriental. The total direct costs are broken down as follows: PHP 207,100.00. This includes overhead costs (15%) amounting to PHP 31,065.00, a contractor’s profit (10%) of PHP 23,816.50, and VAT (5%) totaling PHP 13,099.08.
