The project involves the replacement of the pantry located at the office of the Vice Mayor, situated at 89 Hayes St, Cagayan de Oro, 9000 Misamis Oriental. With a total projected cost of PHP 275,080.58, the project is planned to commence on September 17, 2024, and is estimated to be completed within 14 calendar days. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the pantry area.

Significant components will be upgraded, including the kitchen counter, sink, cupboard, doorknob, water container rack, and window knob. The procurement method for this project is through a contract with a dedicated contractor. A skilled team will execute the project, consisting of one foreman, one plumber, and two skilled workers, utilizing necessary equipment such as power and miscellaneous tools. The total direct costs are broken down as follows: PHP 207,100.00. This includes overhead costs (15%) amounting to PHP 31,065.00, a contractor’s profit (10%) of PHP 23,816.50, and VAT (5%) totaling PHP 13,099.08. This detailed financial planning ensures that the project stays within budget while achieving high-quality results.
